Scope

• Fully encapsulate, blast and paint approximately 800sqm of bridge steel substructure
• Blast and painting works carried out from scaffold suspended from the bridge
• Bridge length approximately 160m over Nerang River on the Gold Coast
• Zero reportable environmental and safety incidents
• Sanding and painting works to bridge superstructure components including fencing, welcome signs and light poles
• Works were completed in an environmentally sensitive location with limited access.
